We do not act as a licensed legal or financial advisor. Any legal, tax, or investment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

User responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

For users based in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's home country also apply.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 30 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in Antalya, Turkey, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provisions that apply in your country of residence.
